"The property has a nice gym and pool and is right on the ocean. However, it needs major work. The rooms are old and dated. Black mold covered the baseboard under the bathroom vanity. We were given no blankets. There was no fitted sheet on the bed. They used a normal sheet for a fitted sheet. They gave us two bath towels. No bath mat or hand towels. I would not stay there again."

"Sit back, this will be a long review. I WISH I could rate the staff separate from the property. The truth is the staff was just too good for this old property. Hilton should be ashamed. My stay was business for the week. We arrived on Monday, and was greeted with warm and friendly smiles. We had traveled for almost 10 hours. The front desk allowed early check-ins for everyone. There were smiles all around. The lobby area is gorgeous. The Koi pond was beautiful and well kept. We headed towards the elevators and there was strike one. Out of three elevators, two barely worked. Upon exiting the elevator the overwhelming smell of old moldy carpet smacks you in the face. When we entered our room, at first glance it was very clean, you could tell the staff took pride in their work. However, Hilton needs to do room renovations ASAP!! The grout on the bathroom floor and shower were filthy. And the worst part were the gnats that were invading the rooms. Everyone talked about and were swatting gnats the entire week. The bugs were in the rooms, the meeting rooms and we found one in our food during the last banquet. I absolutely would never stay at this resort again HOWEVER, I cannot say enough how amazing the staff was. The bartenders at the pool were the best friends you didn't know you needed. The staff that serviced the breakfast bar greeted us with smiles EVERY SINGLE DAY!! It was truly heartfelt. I wish Hilton would put the money and redo this hotel. "

"The apartment is so beautiful that we don’t want to go out of it. It had everything we needed and all was clean. The towels and bedding smelled good. Will definitely go back if is available. "

"The house had the bathrooms and space. There were not enough glasses, so we had to purchase more. There are no extra blankets (save one throw). The kitchen was very clean, but the couches had not been moved in the tv room and in necessity of having to locate a toy, I discovered a pile of old chips, chip bag, gross gummy, a dirty sock, and a chicken bone. There was sand on the floors of some of the bedrooms. Bathrooms were clean. There were no instructions left on site regarding internet linkage, air conditioning operation, trash protocols, location of the "private beach" and how to access it, and other important information. It took several frantic phone calls the day before we were all to arrive to get the actual physical address, how to get through the two guard gates, and to get the lock box number. Once in the house it took further phone calls/texts to get the wifi info. The worst thing about this property was the noise in the early morning - pre 7AM. Leaf blowers, lawn mowers, and weed whackers were routinely (almost daily) utilized by crews on the development. I think there was only one morning when we were not awakened in this manner of the 6 nights we were there. The pool was easily accessible from this property and was great for the kids. We never located the "private beach", but drove to many wonderful ones quite easily. I think this did not live up to the photos."
