"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which made the experience even more memorable. The room was exceptionally clean and offered a beautiful view, making it a great space to relax in. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the club lounge access was a great added perk. The location is also fantastic — there’s direct access to the mall, and it’s just a short walk to Wangfujing, which made getting around incredibly convenient. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and I would happily return!"

"We booked rooms at the Beijing Hotel because we remembered it from 40+ years ago, when it was Beijing's premier hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel is now a shadow of its former self. The occupancy rate at the hotel seemed very low. We were told that heat would only be provided after 11/15. Our rooms were in need of renovation. The food in hotel restaurants was poor, and the restaurants wouldn't allow us to charge meals to our room or pay by foreign credit card. On the plus side, the location remains great. "
