"My family and I stayed here for a wedding at Ballara in Eltham. Room was very clean. Quiet area. Room was nice and warm overnight. Bed was comfortable. Sufficient amount of soap, shampoo, conditioner. House keeping was great also. The beautiful garden ideal for a small wedding. Don't let the antique furniture put you off. Would recommend to anyone to stay here. "

"When I arrived, they had put me in an upstairs room then when the check in staff noticed I wouldn't have been able to climb the stairs I got upgraded to a downstairs room to accommodate my disability which was hugely appreciated"
