"i’m still waiting for them to refund my money on the first night i went to the restaurant to order food to bring it to my room and they charge me and then said that the kitchen was closed and that they were going to do a refund it’s been 3 weeks already and nothing yet "

"All staff was friendly and helpful. The elevator was down on our departure day. We were on the 3rd floor and was not looking forward to hauling 2 weeks worth of stuff down . Your maintenance man EDUARDO, volunteered to help bring things down. I was impressed. Besides that a few more fish in the lake would be nice. See you next year. The Beckmans Greg and Linda"

"Large property with lots to do "

"Must request to get your room cleaned and even then it might not get done. Other than that good place to stay if you’re using it just to sleep. "

"The hotel was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is older, but clean. The breakfast buffet was very nice. "

"The place is beautiful we didn’t have time to use all their amenities. Our room had a smell not very pleasant but it had everything on it even washer and dryer and they provide you with detergent. The only thing we didn’t like is that our door seem that is was going to open when the other people on the room next door will open theirs"
