"Hotel is nice! Manager didn’t help me when I wanted pool and beach view which I requested when I booked it! He didn’t even try to look to maje me happy I had a room overlooking the top of a roof. Other than that everything was great. Also there’s a store on the Hilton a yogurt is like $7.00. A coffee is $5 triple or quadruple the price in the supermarket. Crazy!! "

"The unit was cute & clean and had everything we needed. We loved the location as it is close to Marco Island, downtown Naples and the Everglades. The pool is huge and the restaurant at the hotel had delicious food. We did airboat rides, beach days and hiking. It was beautiful sitting on the enclosed porch looking out at the boats. Great value for the money."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall house was in great shape. Nice furniture, plenty of seating for everyone. The pool area was great, however the heater only works either the pool or hot tub, not both at the same time. We had to call for someone to check out the heater cause neither was getting warm enough to swim. They supplied lots of bath towels but only 1 hand towel for 2 bathrooms and not very many wash cloths. Office desk chair had a broken leg. One of the bedrooms has a blind hanging by a thread. Front door blinds need replaced."

"What a fun place to stay. My son and I came down for fishing trip and wanted stay on a boat. The first met us and showed us around the yacht and gave us all the details. Very accommodating. It certainly be back."
