"Painters Lodge!...a great get-away.The reception staff welcoming and so friendly!! We had a lovely view of the water. The room was spacious. My only thing was••• the bed could use better blankets. It was a bit cool. Perhaps they are coming with the upcoming renovations. All in all Painters Lodge did not disappoint."

"Claire was the most friendly and generous host! She had just baked muffins on our arrival and had a very organized and tidy suite for us to stay in. The place had everything we needed and more (games, puzzles, books, and lots of information of things to do on Quadra Island). Claire and her husband also went above and beyond with a full fridge of fruit and breakfast items for our long weekend stay. She and her husband were such generous and thoughtful people, and my partner and i feel so lucky that they were able to share their beautiful home and property with us! "
