"The staff was always very helpful and friendly
Sonia and Marc helped us with a lot of information about places to visit and restaurants in the area Also about using the metro"
"Reception Staff is excellent. Wonderful English and very helpful for all questions. Room and bathroom are spacious as was storage space for luggage and belongings. In-hotel breakfast was excellent in taste, choices, and quantity. The area around the hotel is very urban and lots of graffiti. Once inside, we felt very safe. Reception staff recommended a local restaurant for dinner which was great. Parking garage was nearly impossible to enter and exit due to small size. But otherwise, parking was excellent. Hotel location is near the waterfront and across town from Segrada Familia but with good walking shoes, we saw a LOT of central Barcelona in one day. the area around the Picasso Museum is very cool.
