Bad Service at check in - unhelpful re pets
Very disappointed to be given Floor 5 with 2 large dogs. Asked repeatedly for a lower floor the check in staff very unhelpful kept saying fully booked and couldn’t move my room. The annoying thing was not everyone had checked in and they could I am sure done a simple swap for me. Very frustrating to be met by poor service and little empathy

Réception très désagréable
20 h personne à la réception. Pas d'explication pour confirmer la réservation. On finit par avoir quelqu'un au bout du fil, vraiment pas aimable et pas serviable. Nous avons des bagages volumineux, l'hôtel n'a pas d'ascenseur.

Good value overall. Check in process is efficient, especially given there was no human interaction. The room had most of what one needs, and I was happy to be able to borrow a hair dryer from the front desk the next day. (This is probably noted on the hotel website under amenities, but I clearly missed it.)

Nice hotel close to motorway
Needs some serious maintenance as toilet leaked badly and half flooded bathroom. Because we arrived late and left early, no-one to complain to.

Smelly, mouldy bathroom, noise from the corridor and other rooms, cramped conditions. Only book if you have no other choice or it’s an emergency. It was cheap for a reason!

There were no staff around late at night when we arrived after a delayed Eurotunnel crossing. You need a 6 figure booking number to check in using the machine at the hotel but Hotels.com did not give us this. After 30 minutes trying to get through on the help line for B&B Hotels we got through to a very helpful guy who gave us the booking number to use. All OK in the end but thought at one point we would be sleeping in the car. The check in procedure needs to be made clear at time of booking!

Not bad for a low-budget plan. The only drawback was proximity to bus stops or a transport system that connects with the city center.

Good budget hotel
If you've stayed at a B&B before you'll know what to expect. No frills, but a good clean room, plenty of hot water and an excellent shower. Comfortable bed and an acceptable breakfast. Safe parking (gated overnight). Convenient for rejoining the autoroute.

Great place for a short stay
Very good place to stay when travelling . Located near the autoroutes and major shopping centre of Dijon. Not located downtown but very accessible. Only minor complaint is not open all day long and cannot check in before 4:00 p.m. Closed for the afternoon. Good breakfast buffet.

Overnight stop en route from England to Cannes.
Conveniently close to autoroute, easy to find on SatNav. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Safe enclosed parking. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Good value.

Electronic Entry issues ??
The main problem was that hotel.com paperwork from internet did not include code number for outside door. I only got access from , a person I can only assume was a member of staff ? She let herself and me into the building and then went to a computer brought up my details and gave me an access number. I then had access to the main car park, the front door and door of my room. Had this not too communicative person been having a cigerette outside I could well have never got in. This I think should be looked into with this type of entry system. Regards James Diamond . I am about to book my return journey hotels ??

Good value for money. Relatively close to cuity although car required. Big supermarket and McD and KFC nearby. Breakfast did have bacon and scrambled eggs but was very stingy with them

The hotel is in good condition with clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. I would have appreciated a small refrigerator in the room, especially considering the location, which is on the outskirts of town and not particularly close to any stores or restaurants where it's possible to food or drink. The neighborhood really was the only significant drawback. However, it doesn't take too long to get downtown or over to the mall, so that's not too difficult to overcome for a one night stay.
