"Excellent! Beautiful home and we enjoyed the backyard with the pool. We came to visit Universal and the drive was not too far. Some of the pictures on the wall were not what I’d call kid-friendly but overall great rental! "

"Brought my family out for a little spring break fun. We ventured around LA and went to Universal Studios, this place was a great central location for all of that. It took 20-45min to get to universal, but that was due to traffic, it’s really not that far. The place was clean and offered plenty of sleeping arrangements, extra blankets, pillows and even a blow up bed. The teenage boys and grandparents really liked the pool table too. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. "

"A very nice 1-room cottage, perfect for one or 2 guests. It’s set back from the street, behind a private home. Secure digital door lock. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Mini-split is quiet and easy to adjust. Small but nice bathroom (sink & shower). Kitchen was clean and well-furnished - although there were no pots or pans for cooking on the 2-burner countertop induction stove (we didn’t need these, so didn’t ask for same). The fridge was clean and worked well. Joseph, the manager, stayed in touch throughout and was available to take care of any issues. Street parking. We will definitely consider staying here again. "
