"While I've stayed here in the past, this time seemed a bit better. The Asian man who checked me in was friendly and sounded like how Jet Li sounds like when speaking English. I was assigned to room 119 which was the first time I got a lower level room here. The room seemed cleaner than the other rooms I've been in here. It also had a fridge with separate freezer, while during my previous stays, it only came with a mini fridge with no freezer. GOOD: Room was spacious enough *Had a fridge with a freezer * Internet speed was decent, but there were times that it slowed down or disconnected. *Short drive/walk to several fast food restaurants and shops. BAD: *Parking is tight and can get packed pretty quickly. *Room looks outdated and has damaged furniture. *A/C is loud and not very effective during hotter weather *Bed is not comfortable and very noisy. *Very few power outlets to plug in devices. I would suggesting bringing a power strip and extension cord. *Roku TV is limited to live streaming a handful of channels. *Surrounding area doesn't feel very safe at night, as there are a lot of homeless people and prostitutes wandering around. *A lot of shady people hanging around at night in the lot as well as a lot of blacked out SUVS and Teslas. Overall, its an OK place to stay if you're on a budget and just need a place to rest overnight without a lot of amenities. Otherwise save up and go elsewhere."

"We had a great time at this place and really enjoyed the pool and spa. I would just say the place needs some upkeep, as it seems it does not get regular attention in that respect. Many broken tiles in the pool/hot tub, and missing standard pieces from the kitchen, such as bowls. If someone spent a few days sprucing things up, it could be excellent. The area around the pool did not seem as if it had been cleaned in quite a while, and just a little rinsing of dirt off the walkways helped a lot. Communication was strong, with quick responses to questions. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable, and all of the ovens worked great for us. We'd return! It's a cool house and pool area."

"My family loved staying at this property. Located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The backyard pool was very popular since we came in the hot July/August heat. House was clean and plenty of towels and beach towels were provided. Comfortable beds and pillows. The only thing I would recommend is a new oven mitt. I was baking and could only find one small potholder to use. Communication was always efficient with the owner. Would definitely stay at this house again, especially in the summer for the pool!"

"We were pleased that the home is as it appears in the photos some of wear and tear. The common areas were comfortable and large enough for our family to all hang out together. We really enjoyed the hot tub too. Our host was responsive and accommodated a late check out. There was water dripping (due to heavy rain) from the ceiling of primary suite that made sleeping difficult. We were also disappointed that the kitchen was not equipped for cooking even though we had asked ahead of time. The host was very interested in our feedback (and we have provided a list to them) so they can be sure to make changes for future guests. If you plan to prepare meals double check on supplies you might need. (things like baking sheets & pans)"
