"Although not easy to find initially - as there is no big sign over the door, the manager came out to meet us. He couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful during our stay. "Poor Wi-Fi. Had to go to the lobby to get a solid connection. Breakfast was poor. Staff was pleasant when they were around. No hot water first day, after that plenty. Room was located on the street side so noisy. New room. A/C was good. Updated bath and room. No elevator when you have a 23kg suitcase. But part of the fun of traveling Europe. "
