"It's across from the beach so good location but the building is very dated and could use an update. The pictures are a little deceiving. The restaurant in the hotel is great."

"Absolutely perfect. The staff, rooms, restaurants, amenities, location and the cleanliness of the hotel cannot be faulted. We thoroughly enjoyed walking to local restaurants, the beach out the front is gorgeous and just a quick grab/taxi to everything else. The hotel also offers tours at very reasonable prices. If your considering booking a hotel in Vietnam look no further than this one, you won’t be disappointed."

"My experience at the Four Points by Sheraton was diminished mainly due to the ongoing works going on in the hotel. Main swimming pool area which is heavily advertised on their website was closed and boarded up, the main entrance to the hotels was closed and side entrance had to be used, the hotel was being painted which means painters were absailing down the building. Blacony was taped up with dust and paint splatters. Breakfast was ok, nothing amazing. Staff were great as expected. Hotel room was on a high floor so amazing views of beach and ocean. Location is more on the quieter end of the strip, 10 min taxi ride is required to get to beach clubs or more towards han river otherwise is minimum 40 min walk. Finally, the worst experience of all were the lifts. Extremely slow and inconvenient. "

"The place is beautiful. It’s a big piece of property and it’s kept super clean. The morning breakfast buffet is out of control, crazy big crazy delicious."

"The staff made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. The only one issue was the food menu in all the restaurants did very too much but that was not an issue as we were very close to all the restaurants which there were many to enjoy during our stay. "

"The breakfast buffet was yum and lots of variety. There are two pools and the beach area was nice. The hotel had 5x pet rabbits and Guinea pigs you can feed which was cute although they are mostly asleep in the heat of the day coming alive in the evening! Very close to old town only about 100k in a grab. Conscience store on the street out the front where you can get water/cokes/beers/snacks as hotel is very expensive 128k for a coke. Would stay here again "

"We had a wonderful stay at M Hotel Da Nang and would highly recommend it. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout our stay.
