"Excellent communication and process. Smooth check in and check out. Clean rooms. Neat property. One thing they should mention is that the access to the property is quite inclined and will be a steep walk for people with luggage. Secondly, since the reception is virtual, it closes at 7.30PM and then becomes difficult to approach for any services required. It was an excellent experience otherwise and will definitely want to stay here again."

"The best thing is the location, and the accommodations were good. Having read the reviews we knew what to expect and were not surprised. The downsides were mainly the six flights of stairs and the fact that the bathroom is shared. Antonio was accommodating and offered good advice about what to see and where to eat. A couple things that could be done easily to improve the stay for guests would be to provide some closet and/or drawer space and to have a clear place in the bathroom for a guest...

Unfortunately there were a few issues such as the shower being so tiny it was hard to even turn around (smaller than a cruise ship shower), no toilet seat on the toilet in the first bathroom, and the screens on the windows were broken/torn. "We had a brilliant stay with communication leading up to the holiday being excellent. Azzurra is such a lovely woman, very helpful and provided a beautiful house for us to stay in with everything you would ever need. Hairdryer, washing machine, dryer, iron & board, everything. Even the coffee capsules for the machine were all included. The house is brilliant, with a large master bedroom, smaller second room and double sofa bed downstairs. The garden area is stunning. 1000sq mts set over 3 tires....
