"The property was easy to access both with parking and lock box. It was clean and welcoming. We had a fantastic week with Orange (Sturgeon Moon) moons at night and beautiful breezes. The main queen bed is very comfortable and having the balcony right there was amazing. The kitchen was stocked with all the immediate things you would want (more than adequate amounts of plates/cups/glasses/silverwear etc..) and was a nice layout. The living room was comfortable and provided a beautiful view and plenty of TV options with the Roku. Location - besides being beach side - is easily walkable to all the Dewey "hotspots" and if you wanted bayside sunset views..no more than a 5 min walk- recommend the Rusty Rudder street for sunset views. Lastly, being able to bring the dog and have front and back water hose access to get off excess sand off of her and us was a real asset. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again! "Very clean and well maintained hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. Only con was it had no elevator so if you’re on the 3rd floor it’s a lot of stairs."

"Overall really liked the property! Great staff, kind, courteous, amenable to needs of guest! Like the convenience of pool & gym & free garage parking on property and that you can park on the level that your room is on. Beds were comfortable although lower to the floor. Room & bathrooms were clean! Only down side but not under property's control is people walking down the street at 2-3:00 am being loud, screaming or laughing that startled me awake several times. Maybe not so bad on higher floors. Had a great time, will definitely stay again!"

"It was our first time in Dewey and we enjoyed it very much. The proximity to the beach is great. The host was very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations (and even a jump start at the end!). Highly recommended. Breakfast at the Sunrise cafe and crab cakes at Woody’s. "

"Location, location, location! Park your car and enjoy all of Dewey within steps of your room. Super friendly staff, clean rooms, and very reasonable pricing. "

"Great location! Nicely renovated with a very clean feel. Pool was a nice addition after coming off the beach which is steps away. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast spread in the morning and the social hour at 5pm was a nice bonus. 5 minute drive to heart of Rehobeth. Rooms are clean and plenty of space. Expect to see a lot of kids while there. Will stay here again. "
