"Our stay at Eden Lodge was horrible and the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. There was no power on in hotel as the generator is only turned on at 6.00pm and the staff were using a torch to try and find our booking. We booked and paid 6 weeks before our stay but the reception had no record of our booking and payment when we tried to book in. Our booking details and payment were only confirmed the next morning. "The staff was so friendly and thoughtful. They went out of their way to make sure our anniversary was incredible. The owners even can and had dinner with us the night we arrived. Ngasha was an incredible hostess/bartender, chef Kevin was amazing in the presentation and quality and taste of food, Fortune our guide was incredible and very intelligent and resourceful.
