"Very disappointing stay. I specifically booked a garden apartment in Bondi, but only a few days before check-in I was advised I was being moved to a different unit. The replacement looked more like a converted storage area beneath another apartment and was nothing like the property I had booked. The furniture, bedding and towels were old and stained, the bathroom bin and toilet brush were heavily rusted, there was no hand soap or bath mat, only three towels for our family of four, and the shower...

"Das Apartment hat in keinster Weise der Beschreibung entsprochen. Die Eingangstür ließ sich nicht abschließen, die Tür der Dusche war kaputt.Die Matratze vom komplett durch.Am Ende hatte ich mich mit dem Vermieter auf eine Erstattung von zwei Nächten geeinigt, wo ich heute noch auf mein Geld warte. Auf E-Mails und WhatsApp Nachrichten antwortet er nicht mehr. Die Unterkunft ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!!"
