Excellent property. Very easy to find. Great parking facilities with a personal locker for snow equipment. The attendant was really helpful. Overall a great place to stay in Chamonix

100% perfecto

Great place, close to the hotsprings

Beautifully appointed hotel and rooms. Restaurant on site was a standout!! Merci

Convenient location right next to bus station. Good breakfast and very good rate for 2 weeks luggage storage.

We absolutely loved our stay in a large apartment with great views of the mountain. We had a fully equipped kitchen which was great as well as a sitting area and large bedroom which also had great views and a small balcony. The hotel is located very centrally with a supermarket right next door and a quick walk too many restaurants and shopping.

Super helpful staff , great pool and lovely lounge areas , great rooms and very central location

This property was perfect for our pre and post UTMB hike. They were super friendly and helpful and the laundry was an added bonus. Super convenient having the bus stop just outside

Great place, friendly staff, will definitely return, only things that could be improved are price of Breakfast/dinner and Parking

We stayed here after a 7 day Mont Blanc hike, it was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful from the time of check in til check out. They washed & dried a weeks worth of clothing, we had hot showers and a very comfortable mattress. The Aperol Spritz at happy hour in the garden was the best and breakfast the following morning was lovely. Highly recommend this property.

Fantastic property that is perfectly places in the town with parking

Beautiful rooms and stunning views to the mountain. The restaurant was really good. The only issue is getting a park as it is in a public car park during the peak time of the day

It was end of season so last few nights I was the only person at the hotel which was an interesting experience. The staff made me feel welcome nevertheless.

A great hotel in a central location. Staff are friendly and caring Large comfortable beds with spacious bathrooms. They offered luggage storage which is convenient when tracking the TMB or Haute Route. My room faced the mountains and also a side street which experienced traffic noise in the early AM. Most likely trucks servicing the nearby supermarket. This did not take away from my stay, just a consideration for light sleepers. Would definitely stay here again!
