"The hotel was great; the staff at the hotel excellent. However, I will never use Expedia again. It is virtually impossible to connect with Expedia when help is needed with the reservation. I tried multiple times to contact Expedia and the hotel staff tried also. Absolutely terrible customer service."

We had a lake view room but unfortunately the lake was dry. We took the car to go to breakfast. Due to the high altitude it was difficult for my 82 year old husband to walk the distance without breathing problems."
