"Worst "all inclusive" hotel I've been to. Service was poor and I had to cancel my 2 nights after staying the first night and requested a refund. The manager with whom I interfaced had very poor customer service skills and seemed more interested to havd us cancel our stay rather than fix the issues. We went to breakfast at 9am as breakfast was from abt 7am to 10am. "Stayed here for 3 nights on a 3 week tour of Jamaica. It’s a well kept, safe resort with excellent amenities. The staff are the best thing about this hotel, so kind friendly and welcoming. The food is good, the buffet for me has the nicest authentic food and the jerk hut. Breakfast options were lovely, as was the cafe. Booking dinner tables isn’t easy, they should have more options open. Charging for room service is unfair as if you can’t get a dinner table you don’t have much choice! The beach has a lot of seaweed, definitely not the nicest beach was saw in Jamaica but it’s shallow and warm. "

"This beachfront resort was absolutely breathtaking. The amenities were great and so were the staff. During the day there were plenty of things to do, from group bikes rides to water aerobics. Addick, thank you for my lunch at Lobster House so amazing! I will definitely visit again in the future!"

"Great stay beautiful pool view room with king bed with a lot of space, helpful staff, good animation on activities and at night live band. Shevy at the activity desk helped us schedule activities according to our budget and didn't to force a sale which was really appreciated. Food was really great from the buffet to the restaurant. If you see bad comments on the food don't mind them people are trolling or are picky eaters. Restaurants and even buffet (Martha Market), for all 3 meals, get full really quickly and there is going to be line ups so plan in advance and don't wait at the last minute to go eat. Beach is underrated really had no expectation as it looked small in pictures but i enjoyed it. Wifi even reaches the beach. In all, really a great resort with plenty to do and a great staff to guide you through it. Ya Man!! No problem!!"
