"The property was beautiful however I was just a little disappointed in the staff. They was not friendly. They barely greeted you at times. The bartenders was not friendly at all making you not even wanting to tip. You just feel like you was not welcome. It felt like you was bothering them. One time I asked for new towels housekeeping, never even bring them.. overall lovely resort great amount of entertainment, enormous amount of restaurants however, the staff need help with their people skills"
