"We loved the nightly entertainment and how friendly the entertainers were!!!! The property was so clean and managed so well. Staff were very friendly and seemed very happy!!! We loved the food and drinks. Our oceanfront room was wonderful. The activities were fun for the whole family. We felt very safe and at home at this location. We will be back at RIU Palace Aquarelle."

"Staff was very friendly and management checked in on us. The only problem we had was all week our room kept getting skipped over for a cleaning. Our dirty towels were towering. We did have the green button on for “open” instead of the red but somehow we were overlooked. We got towels right away when I called and management was willing to help. Overall very clean, quiet, good food, and entertainment was nice. Best part was the ocean and the private beach where you didn’t have to worry about leaving your items by your beach chair and walking away. We loved it!! "
