"Our room was 3 bedrooms and certainly big enough to accommodate a large family. The property looks nice and the location is fine. The problems we encountered were: Unclean linen, when asked to change the linen, they left same linen and just made the bed again. There was no hot water at all, when asked staff to check they said there is only one room, The Presidential Suite, which has hot water, and we can take a shower there if we need a shower. Even though there was no hot water the shower only...

"　バンドン市街からレンバン方面に少し上った所にあります。急な予約の宿泊でしたが、スムーズに対応してくれました。 　家族5人（大人２，子ども３）での宿泊で、キングサイズベッド3部屋のファミリールームを利用しました。静かな環境でゆっくり休め，インドネシア料理中心の朝食も大変美味しかったです。 　難を言えば、シャワーの温水器が旧式で熱いお湯が出なかったことです。涼しい、いや寒いぐらいのバンドンにあっては温水シャワーは必要ですね。"

"It's at a strategic location and mostly clean albeit a little dated. There were cob webs on the ceiling which was cleaned up right away after we've given our feedback. It would be great if it has a small fridge and hair dryer. Some furniture outside the room needs to be spruced up."

"We were three of us and share one room with two beds. Shower, breakfast, staff are very good! that the only most basic need that travelers like us expect!"

"Prima hotel! Comfortabel en prima service. Het ontbijt is indonesisch. Als westerling wilde ik toch graag een gebakken ei, maar dat was elke ochtend (3x) steeds weer "zeuren" voordat je dat eindelijk kreeg. Terwijl in andere Amaris vestigingen elk gewenst ei ter plekke wordt bereid."
