"Staff was very friendly and helpful. They are remodeling, new carpet in hallways,rooms,furniture in suite very nice. Had a lounge on 2nd floor with TV so if have extra company or want to visit a nice space is provided. Hot tub and pool were nice. Nice bathroom towels and linens . Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Would stay there again. Only thing in our room was water in bath shower drained very slowly. Rates reasonable."

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Roseville - St. Paul

"Very nice stay, my only complaint was the lack of staff interaction with regards to another patron staying at the hotel who thought the breakfast area was a place to use profanity while on the phone while children were present, my granddaughter being one. The language was so vulgar I had to take my granddaughter and leave before finishing breakfast. Other patrons also left. There were two staff members present in the breakfast area while this took place. I also complained to front desk but still nothing done."

"The staff were a little unfriendly and didn’t know how to give me my digital key. Never receive my digital key for such a well known Hilton name hotel. Very untrained staff it seems. Also my Key was rejected after we already checked-in to our room after 3pm check-in and had to go back down stair to re-enter our key. But our stay was wonderful as always for a Hilton hotel."
