Top Puerto Rico Hotel Reviews

Embassy Suites by Hilton San Juan Hotel & Casino

Embassy Suites by Hilton San Juan Hotel & Casino

10/10 Excellent
"This was our second stay here. The staff is always incredible! Super friendly and super helpful! I was slightly disappointed as this time around we reserve two separate rooms. Room 508 was perfect, room 343 had no hot water. Well, they did offer us a new room, we had already settled and chose to share our one working shower… Also, the roof seems to be leaking. There was some pretty heavy rain and we were getting wet while having our breakfast…. aside from those slight inconveniences we would definitely stay here again. We love this place."
