"The room was great! Floors were heated, large bathroom and bedroom. Amazing views out the windows! The facility has two restaurants that are great, the spa is amazing! They give you robes and everyone in the hotel stays in them most of the day. The underground to the theme pools is awesome! This was an amazing place to stay! Right in the middle of old town and Christmas markets!"

"Hotel is in a great location in the centre of the town. The room was super for a family and the balcony was great and had a beautiful view. Half board was great for family although the breakfast could be improved. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return."
