The staff was amazing. Super helpful with booking local tours and events. The breakfast is great and highly recommend. The rooms were comfortable and we had an amazing balcony with views to die for. Nice to be right in town and walk out your door and have everything right there.

The hotel is very clean; the breakfast & staff was outstanding. Our room was dated. The floors are very creaky; you can not get up at night or you wake everyone. Our junior suite was on the front of the hotel, which was very noisy at night. Couldn’t sleep until after 3:00am

One of the best options in the town

Unless you wish to stay in a 5 star hotel, this hotel exceeds our expectations in terms of its services, and facilities. The location is also excellent, with easy parking in the back yard.

Charming hotel with a friendly staff and in the perfect location! We had a great breakfast each day. The staff was very helpful with suggestions, directions, etc. They seem to take a great deal of pride in working there.

This hotel is located in a very nice area, close to shopping area, walkable to major lifts. Staff are very friendly and helpful to answer our questions and showed us the best option to get where we wanted to visit. The hotel serves good food too. We will stay here again in our next visit.

Staff and breakfast were phenomenal - outstanding. However, It was very warm. There was no fan in the room. We opened the windows to try to cool down. It was very loud and bright outside, so we didn't sleep well. Also, the blanket (Duvet) was very thick and way way to hot for summer. All of that, beyond the great service, is not good for such an expensive hotel.

An amazing stay right on the town square in Ortisei. Beautiful historic property but service and food surpassed expectations - half board is highly recommended and excellent value. Service was top level at both reception and the restaurant (Sisi was our favourite!). Junior suite was large enough for family of 4 and housekeeping was excellent. Spa treatments (at their partner hotel) were also exceptional. The stay surpassed our exceptions and highly recommended.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It's centrally located in the center of town and within walkable distance to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was the best we had at any hotel during our stay in Italy. The staff at the hotel were professional and so very helpful. The room was spacious and had the alpine feel we were looking for. A experience for us!

This is a fantastic property right in the center of the beautiful village of Ortesei. Like the village itself, the hotel is very clean, exquisitely maintained and tastefully appointed. Breakfast was excellent, and Andrea at the front desk was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Worth every nickel, and I can't wait to return.
