"Bit out of way. Bus strike while we were there so had to walk through woods to get to transport or Uber but was a lovely walk!.Room clean and comfycand snacks, beer etc in reception. No kettle but hot drinks avail in reception. McDonalds nearby. Reception very helpful. Would stay again."

"Zimmer und Bad waren zu klein, es gab keine Ablage für Koffer. Bei 2 Personen wird das noch enger. Leider stand in der Hotelbeschreibung nicht das der Saunabereich nur Fr.-So. geöffnet ist und er zusätzlich bezahlt werden muss. Es gab 3 unterschiedliche Kissen gerade zum fernsehen sehr bequem. Der Fußboden und der Flur knarrte. Und man konnte die Nachbarzimmmer hören."

"Ein sehr schönes Hotel, frisch renoviert und erneuert. Frau Wegener-Dittrich ist sehr um Ihre Gäste und das Hotel bemüht. Sie nimmt gern Verbesserungsvorschläge entgegen und spricht dies bezüglich auch bei ihren Gästen an. Parkplätze sind vor der Burg genügend vorhanden, zum ein- und ausladen sind wir kurz auf den Burghof gefahren, dies war unkompliziert, Rücksichtnahme vorausgesetzt. Auch das dazugehörige Restaurant ist einladend gestaltet und die Speisen sehr lecker. Das Zimmer war sehr...

"Sieht von außen wirklich nicht einladend aus (geht wohl wegen Denkmalschutz nicht anders). Innen ein Traum. Alles sehr stilvoll und es wirkt auch nach 10 Jahren nagelneu. Sehr familiär. Tolles am Tisch serviertes Frühstück. Absolut empfehlenswert."

"Arrived at 8pm and they kept the kitchen open for us despite it being a bank holiday so that we could eat. Nice room, nice surroundings. Only negative was a not very clean bathroom floor. "

"on arrival there was only a room on 5th floor available. elevator out of service (occurs often). with my handicap impossible to reach. no manager front office reservations, hotel, duty manager. I should wait until next morning?! no release if my payment, no alternative, no room. 2 hours discussion with receptionist - only 1 person working in a fully booked hotel! - I was given a room in one of the side buildings, so I could finally rest. curtains for windows enclosing half the room don't cover,...

De lagde mat klar til meg siden jeg skulle ankomme veldig sent - og til tross for sen innsjekk rett ved kjøkkenets stenging hadde de noe til meg som jeg kunne spise på rommet. Maten er FANTASTISK!!! Både middagen og frokosten, vinen, snacks. Dit skal jeg så absolutt tilbake til!! Eneste som manglet for min del, var klimaanlegg. "
