Stayed here for one night when passing through on a longer drive. It’s a nice hotel located in a very quiet area. Room was totally okay and seemed clean. The breakfast was excellent and provided a perfect start on our onwards journey. A bit strange that they charged for parking considering the location of the hotel.

We have stayed here in numerous occasions and the standards are always at high levels. Friendly staff, quiet location and within easy access to Berlin and surrounds with rental car as well as public transportation. Nice array of restaurants in close proximity of the hotel. Just wish that they would start including some vegan options in their breakfasts.

Excellent Hotel by the water.Ideal location to be close to the airport and all kinds of sightseeing in Potsdam.To have a car is essential.You can park across the street for free and safe yourself the parking fees

This was our 3rd stay at the GINN Teltow and once again it did not disappoint. Friendly staff, clean hotel and quiet location. Our only wish would be that the hotel offers better vegan options on their breakfast buffet.

About this hotel, I can say that it is one of the best hotels to stay in. The room, bathroom, bed, and of course the breakfast are all excellent. If we travel to Potsdam again, we will definitely stay in this hotel.

This place is by far a great location. Its quit convenient for people who dont like to stay in the city but, still close enough to drive there. The GINN Hotel itself is outstanding. Friendly staff, Great food (except the price for breakfast is alittle rough 22 euro for one single person), bar is outstanding ( just need to know how to make the drinks they advertise), rooms are nice with a good few of the river ( i only paid alittle over 250 for 3 nights 4 days), and lastly parking isnt free but, not to bad of a price you can pay up front 12.50 each night/day. Thank you GINN hotel for a great place to stay for my 10th anniversary trip.

My son and I stayed during New Years, and we enjoyed the buffet. The food was excellent, there was grocery store near by Rewe, we took full advantage of the transportation as well. We were 25 minutes from Berlin, but we were very close to the bus routes. We enjoyed Berlin and the German Christmas Markets. The buses in Germany are extremely clean and affordable. We enjoyed our stay, it was a great way to start the year.

Great Hotel Poor Service at Front Desk

We really enjoyed staying at the hotel. It was clean it looked great. The Breakfast was awesome lots to choose from. There was one big disappointment though! When we tried to check in we were tired and just wanted a bed sleep. But the front desk staff was just Miserable and unhelpful. It was more important to check social media instead of delivering a good service. We had done some research on pricing for this hotel while en route and we found the price was good for the quality of the hotel. But the 2 ladies at the front desk pricing was double from the highest price online. So we tried to negotiate a deal from what we saw online but they just said no and wanted us to find a different hotel if we wanted something for less money. Then I decided to just book it online and some money that way. But they did not like it and were very unfriendly towards us and made us wait for another 45min before we got our room. The Bartender though was totally opposite he was very friendly and did a great job he made us feel welcomed.

Great Room for the Price

The hotel room was great. Nice size - it had a sofa and a desk that was large enough for all my stuff. It also had electrical outlets at the desk level and at the sides of the bed which was nice. The shower was one of the larger ones I encountered in Germany and since I am 6'2" tall that was nice. The did a have a refrigerator in the room that was pretty small - it was located next to the mirror on the desk (I didn't find it the first day). I slept great in the beds. The only issue we had with the hotel was when checking in. We got there at 4:00 PM and the room wasn't available. We waited about a half an hour for it to be available and the cleaning crew was cleaning other rooms on our floor. It wasn't a big deal, but we didn't preorder breakfast. I did do breakfast the next morning and it kind of threw the hostess for a loop. Instead of charging it to my room I had to pay there. It wasn't deal, but I wanted to mention it. The breakfast was excellent with great choices of food, but it did cost 22 Euros.
