Luxury Hotels in Phu Tho Province

"I booked this room based on the reviews I saw online, and I was really hoping they were accurate. Unfortunately, my actual experience was very different. The front desk staff was nice, but one thing I didn’t like was being asked to leave a review immediately at check-in, before even seeing the room or staying there. Because of that, I would say not to rely too heavily on online reviews, since I noticed many businesses in Vietnam ask guests for reviews upfront. As for the room itself, the door was broken, the furniture and overall condition felt outdated, the room was very small, and cleanliness was below expectations. Overall, I was pretty disappointed considering all the positive reviews I had read beforehand."

"Located on a busy side street adjacent to major construction, access to the hotel can be a little problematic with traffic. Sound insulation in the rooms is not perfect. We were on the 9th floor and still heard street noise (as well as guests in adjacent rooms). Decor looks glam in photos but is actually quite tacky and a little cheap looking. That said, room was very clean and very comfortable. Pool and rooftop bar are both really nice and the breakfast buffet was excellent. "

"Staff was excellent, location was excellent in the middle of it all. Close to the lake the park and most central tourist attractions. breakfast selection was good. Great for one night stay. Minimalist rooms but very clean. We found out about internal window situation. Just leads out to a hallway. I paid extra for a regular window which was only a window to the back of the building with natural light. It was still a pleasant experience. "
