The check in experience was a pleasure, the rooms are generous and so well appointed, the pool on the 9th floor overlooking one of the leafy areas of Bangkok is wonderful. We loved our stay. All staff are wonderful and ensure we felt welcome and looked after. Such a fabulous hotel in the best location possible we could walk everywhere, shopping centre attached for convenience and access to train from internal escalater. Food outstanding.

This hotel was fantastic. All the staff were kind and helpful. The facilities were amazing. Top notch gym. I opted for the room with the onsen pass. I slept like a baby every night.
Breakfast got a bit chaotic with all the people but the food was absolutely delicious. I had the chance to try all sorts of foods that I didn't know what to eat for lunch and dinner.
I will definitely stay here again in the future.
