"Brilliant 5* property in Heart of capital. Rooms are very spacious, clean, and top quality Staff from start to end are excellent. Hotel look, cleaning, atmosphere makes you feel you are in 9* property. Excellent for value, Its next to shopping mall so you cannot go wrong. Most international brands and food chains. You get to see the iconic King Faisal Mosque from the room, breakfast area and roof area. It has best restaurants in the country with roof top on 24th floor with spectacular views of entire Islamabad I had 5 twin classic rooms, one executive suite all as good as each other. It has best indoor pool, gym, suana, i ever seen I am surely going back again for at least a week.. Chef Sidaqat looked after us he is a true gentleman. Anyone going Pakistan i highly recommend this hotel than any other in Islamabad "

"Excellent service. Rooms were very clean. Excellent breakfast. Super bathrooms. My only concern was overbooking and we have to wait and convince them that we had 4 rooms. They didn’t have confirmation from Expedia for 4th room which was never expected with Serena hotel . Someone at the hotel changed our booking. Later they admitted 4th room."
