"Stayed 2 days at dreamworld Resort. Biggest disappointment was Breakfast, as it was limited. Not properly cleaned dishes and utensils. Too salty 1st day, no water (purchase able) , only Lassi (watered down) and English tea/ coffee, no roti/ paratha, only bread and poori (پوری) Maintenance room service horrible (45 mins and 3 calls to get 2nd set of towels) . "*Highly recommended* 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Clean, safe, and exceptionally located right on Main Gulberg, making it easily accessible from everywhere in the city. The hotel features clean, daily room service, fresh fruit in the room, secure underground parking, and an incredible continental breakfast buffet (6:30 AM – 10:30 AM). What truly sets this hotel apart is the team—they constantly go above and beyond to deliver excellence. I will truly miss my daily interactions with the staff, especially the breakfast team. On one of the days, I skipped breakfast to join my family, and the next morning the staff expressed genuine concern, asking if everything was alright because they missed seeing me! The housekeeping staff was equally thoughtful, checking in daily to ensure my stay was comfortable and asking if I needed anything. This level of hospitality is rare, and I cannot recommend them enough."

"V nice hotel but definitely not five stars. The staff at the desk can be trained better. Also, I was couple of hours early from the checkin and yet they insisted on charging me half day. Also for checkout I had to stay few hours extra and yet they charged me full day - not a big deal for me but shows that the focus was more on charging you as much without thinking of extending small gestures and btw I separates a whole week"
