"Awesome staff"

"Our host Frank was quick to reach out and provided an excellent tour. The cabinet of beach supplies was fantastic - no need to bring sand toys or beach chairs from home. Resort facilities were nice. Apartment was good. Nothing fancy but suitable for a few days away. Kitchenette is in a sliding door closet, okay for quick meals. We ate dinners out so it wasn’t a big deal for us. Really great location and a budget accommodation. Thanks, Frank! "

"Excellent property at a great beach location. The condo had everything we look for in a stay - full kitchen, in-room laundry, ocean view, etc. Plus Topsail is an awesome not-too-crowded beach. Larger property was excellent as well with two pools and two hot tubs that were being constantly maintained by staff. Would definitely stay again!"

"Great location, lots of beach items (chairs, wagon, grill). Communication with the property manager was excellent. Michelle went out of her way to ensure we had a nice stay and were comfortable in the home. Highly recommend!"

"This is such a beautiful home. EVERYTHING and then some is provided. The entire house flows with a navy blue and white theme. The amount of games that were provided in the home was amazing to have. You can tell Michelle the host has put so much thought in every tiny detail. The beds are some of the most comfortable that I’ve ever found in a vacation stay, we were actually sad to leave the bed and pillows!! The outdoor doggy turf area and crate are extra bonuses that were much appreciated. Every kitchen tool you’d ever need is there was well. We will definitely be staying again and also hopefully checking out one of Michelle’s mountain homes as well."

"This place was lovely and just as advertised. We were looking for a house right on the beach and this couldn't have been any better! Just open the door and there you are! We appreciated all of the beach gear that was avaliable and had fun shelling and spotting creatures. The house was spacious (and cute!) and comfortable to just hang out in. It was everything we hoped for!"

"We (5 of us) traveled from Wisconsin for a week away. The beach area home was extraordinarily spacious, modern and could have easily accommodated another family. We made almost all our meals in the gigantic kitchen area with the dining table suitable for 8. Our only critique was that this area of Topsail Beach is saturated with contractors. Early morning table saws, air compressors and crews driving in and out accompanied our morning coffee. It didn't ruin our time by any means. Oh yeah, a huge plus is the daily Marine Corps combat helicopters passing low and slow up and down the beach... super cool."
