"This was literally the absolute worst hotel (really, it was more like a hostel) that I have stayed in either stateside or abroad. The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. After needing to call for clarification, we were given a separate address that led us to the same location. There is no parking at the actual hotel because of construction. "Really clean and presentable. Modern apartment with nice kitchen, living area and bedrooms… balcony was a nice touch. Lots of paid parking available underneath complex. Early check in wasn’t an issue. Pool and hot tub were abit on the colder side for my liking. Nice sauna and steam room. Gym also available. Spacious ski locker available with the room. "

"This is an excellent apartment with all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment was clean and spacious for two people but could also have accommodated more. The view from the bedroom in the morning was amazing. Samoens 1600 is limited in the evening in terms of restaurants and bars after 17:00 but if you come to ski, it’s is truly “ski in ski out”. We would be happy to stay again."

"Positioned only a few minutes walk from the town and an easy drive/walk to the gondola the chalet is hard to beat. Spacious, homely feel and the best fire for the evenings. Our second year running it felt like home. Highly recommend."
