"Was sent to another location during check in because the hotel is "full". How does that even happen when the booking was well in advance. The other location is at best a 2star accommodation."

"This place seems like somebody used to care but not any more. Despite prior notice there was no-one to meet us off the ferry as the guy had fallen asleep. He then walked us to the place, photocopied our passports with his phone and someone nodded to our room. That was the last we saw of anyone in charge. We had paid for breakfast but there was no sign of that or any facilities to provide it. The room itself was dirty, empty for a long time and clearly just given a quick clean 5 minutes before...
