"Beautiful hotel right in the heart of downtown!!!!"

"It was an excellent place to stay with a touch of class. My only complaint is that the hallway doors are loud. So it can be a bit noisy at times. The balcony and everything was very pretty."

"My only complaint is there is no room service, and there is no food available past 11:00pm. The bar in the casino stays open until 3am, however, there is no room service. They should offer food and beverage service to the rooms, and there should be food available 24/7 because it’s a casino hotel. The casino is open 24/7. Other than that, the room was very spacious and nice."

"Dogs are welcome at this hotel. Our room had a dog smell. Unpleasant. Also while breakfast was well appointed, the food was cold. No lids on food and no warmers. "

"I guess this is a big oversight on my part, but when I booked the room, I saw that it had a complimentary breakfast included with our stay and a very nice-looking breakfast area from the pictures. Almost all hotels include a hot breakfast, so I just assumed that is what this hotel also offered. We were disappointed to go down in the morning and only have a cold breakfast (cereal, bagels, yogurt). Again, an oversight on my part, but we were really wanting a hot breakfast with some protein in it, so we went to Cracker Barrel instead. Otherwise, we had no issues with our stay. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable."
