"My partner and I stayed here for a night away child free. All we wanted was a cosy pub, a relaxing stay and a comfy bed. We got all that with a touch of luxury. A lovely free standing copper bath, a lovely pub, delicious roast dinner. Good breakfast and a peaceful nights sleep. We left happy, well worth the money "

"We stayed in Canterbury for a little over a week, and ABode was the perfect place to stay. The staff were all gracious and helpful; the room was exactly what we needed; we were close to the cathedral as well as the shops and restaurants. The Christmas dinner was delicious, and there was so much of it! We also loved the breakfasts every morning. Highly recommend. "

"Great hotel, I spent a couple of days with my friend, we found it good as it was very quiet time (just before Xmas) but it was very noisy in the early morning, I could imagine in busier times is worse. Other than that we liked our break and the swimming pool and gym were a plus, we ate at the restaurant for lunch, it was good and dinner at the bar twice, we liked it all, good break! "

"Hotel chic. Service from staff great. We stayed in a deluxe double, which was a great size. Comfy bed. However we had the bins in the courtyard, which were noisy. The main issue is the lack of parking. On street parking which isn't restricted is a good 15 mins walk away which with bags isn't great. "
