"We got a nice room with tatami flooring. Our stay was quiet and relaxing. We didn’t pay for any of the services or food as it was on the pricier end but we bought some food from the convenience store located on the first floor and had in our room and that was honestly good enough. There’s a Japanese fast food called Sukiya not far from it as well. There’s also a currency exchange machine on premises. "

"For me, the best thing about this property was the convenience. I was flying from Hawaii to Kuala Lumpur and mistakenly booked a flight that landed in Haneda but my flight to KLIA left from Narita. I had to take the train from Haneda to Narita. The APA Hotel was right outside the train station and the next morning, the APA Hotel bus took me right to my terminal at Narita airport. The staff was very nice and helpful even though I had arrived very late in the evening. I couldn’t have asked for...

"It was comfortable, clean and convenient… unfortunately not that quiet, it seems people started getting up at 4 am and even if they didn’t talk they stomped and bang things around… otherwise it was a good experience… maybe they should request guests to walk softly and don’t make unnecessary noise especially if before 7 am!"
