All Inclusive Hotels in Hung Yen Province

"We stayed for three nights and had a very good experience with great hospitality. The hotel is a beautiful boutique property located in the Old Quarter. Although it sits on a very busy street, the interior of the hotel is surprisingly quiet and comfortable. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance. In particular, Derick stood out — he genuinely tried his best to accommodate our needs. As it was quite cold during our stay, he arranged a portable heater for us. When we noticed some noise coming from the gym on the 9th floor, Derick promptly helped us move to a quieter room, which we really appreciated. The rooms are pretty and well-maintained, with sufficient amenities. Some minor downside to me were that there is no bathtub and no disposable slippers provided, which may be something to note for some guests. The Vietnamese restaurant on the ground floor was also very good. The staff served us with enthusiasm and passion, making our dining experience enjoyable. Overall, a pleasant stay with attentive service in a great location."

Hotel staff are so very helpful getting tickets organised for water puppets theatre & enquiring about tickets on our behalf.
