"Hotel located right on the sea board in folkstone right near white cliffs of Dover and Dover castle. It has old charm feel to it. Staff were friendly throughout stay. Room was spacious with amenities. Room clean and bathroom spacious. Parking onsite and right nearby as well. Dining area on site. Loved the look and feel of the hotel. Would recommend!"

"Great location and amazing staff, especially Matthew who was so helpful and accommodating for my entire stay. Nice room with amazing view, spacious and clean. Breakfast and food in general was very nice. Noisy music from neighbouring establishments until 4am on Friday and Saturday, suggest ear plugs! Overall very happy to stay there again. "I liked that we could check in from 3pm and check out at 11am. There was a friendly, relaxing atmosphere, good food and facilities. Plenty of free parking and the room was spotless. We look forward to returning soon."

"Had a 2 day stopover while working in Folkestone - a well located guest house with good parking, friendly staff and a very good breakfast. Couldn't get the wifi to work but for a such a short stay I wasn't too fussed. If ever in the area again then would be very happy to return."
