"We had a great time in Tropical Islands! It is understaffed and people there work very hard but were alsways friendly. We looked up their salaries and where shocked how little they make. 50% of the profit goes to a privat equity firm, which means some rich people get richer and probably don't care about long lines at the checkin or technical stuff not working right. Also, the rain forest looks like it needs some love. We loved the atmosphere. We had a very special time."

"Meine Bewertung bezieht sich hauptsächlich auf Expedia Geselschaft. Uns wurde ein Wohnmobilstellplatz als ein Zimmer verkauft. Die Enttäuschung war natürlich groß als man ankam und man uns nicht helfen konnte. An der Rezeption am Campingplatz verwies man uns auf Expedia, diese war erst schwer zu erreichen durch die ständige Nr. Eingabe z. "At the time of writing (29th June 2026) this hotel is not open! We booked through Expedia and turned up at 10pm to check in. On arrival, there is a notice saying the opening has been delayed with a few phone numbers. We went to a local nearby hotel (The Niu also owned by IHG) who said our booking had been transferred here. We were not given any notice or choice in this. Candlewood suites was advertised with aircon and full apartment facilities like kitchen etc. This hotel had neither. Given the...

"Uns hat der 4 Tage Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war super. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend. Auch das Abendessen mit regionaler Küche hat uns zugesagt. Das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns auch Empfehlungen für Veranstaltungen z.B. einer Kahnfahrt gegeben."
