Es war alles vorhanden und sauber. Wir waren für eine Nacht da, weil wir am nächsten Tag zum Flughafen wollten. Wir würden dieses Hotel immer wieder buchen, wenn wir von Berlin fliegen sollten. Es absolut Top.

Room was fine, clean, and comfortable. But the onsite check in and overall hospitality experience was so-so. Everything is automated and very impersonal. You are on your own for everything including airport transfers. Front door was locked at one point and people trying to check in could not signal any staff to let them in. Fortunately I had a room key and let them in so they could self check in. Self serve coffee had no cream. Sorry to be petty, but a very impersonal experience and if you're ok with that, then I give two stars.

Trotz VIP-Access haben wir die Upgrades nicht im Ansatz erhalten. Nicht mal der Parkplatz war nutzbar, da dieser separat über das Hotel gebucht werden musste, was in der Buchung nicht kommuniziert wurde. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Hotel, wurde hier die Schuld bei Expedia gesucht. Eine Buchung für einen Parkplatz pro Nacht, sollte uns dann 25,00€ kosten. Wir hatten Gott sei Dank einen SUV dabei und haben es wie einige andere Gäste gehandhabt und im Feld / Graben gegenüber des Gebäudes geparkt. Wir reisen viel und haben dieses Jahr einige Hotels genutzt, aber das haben wir nur hier erlebt. Ansonsten war das Zimmer leider sehr klein für zwei Personen, aber immerhin sauber.

Great 2 days stay during Berlin Marathon. Close to airport with very reliable shuttle service to airport every 15 mins. There is no train station close by you have to go to airport for public transport buses and trains. Not a lot of amenities about just a deli/restaurant next to apartment. Staff are friendly place is clean.
