"Interesting architecture with a beautiful pool and garden. In need of maintenance and better room hygiene. The hotel is located in a lovely leafy part of Bandung but there is a constant hum of motorbikes. "

Being smart hotel and modern style both interior and outside make a different experience staying here. They frontliners did a good job keeping up with the SOP with extra smiles. Ambiance and cleanliness are good. Keep uo the good job. Well done "

"The employees of the hotel were very nice and polite. However, there were some issues with this hotel. First, the refrigerator didn't work - the door was hot to the touch. Second, the hot water in the shower kept cutting out, and it stopped working altogether. The breakfast options were a bit limited, but it was satisfactory for a simple breakfast. The room was a bit dark. Overall, the hotel wasn't that bad, but next time, if we stay in Bandung, I think we will stay somewhere else. 3/5"

"Room small with dated bedding. Bathroom need improvement. Buffet breakfast only basic. Only 1 lift available. "

"No issues during check in but air cond in the room need to do some servicing as it was not cool at all. Room key card was unable to use and I had to wait about 15 mins for technician to come and replace a new card."

"the front desk staff was great. very friendy, suggest things to see, places to go, places to eat. any questions i had about languge were answered with explanation to help me understand. really a great staff. really nice to stay where you are treated so well. "Wonderful property. Very spacious and modern design. We did had trouble getting into the villa, nobody told us how to check in. Found the door key in a box outside the villa. Had a minor issue with pests such as ants indoor and outdoor. Overall our stay were very comfortable. Will stay here again in the future."

"I am not sure if the hotel is a budget one. Very Small tv. Room lights are very very dim, i dont understand why cant it be brighter? Comforter doesnt change at all only bedsheets changed and that we have to inform to get it done. Breakfast spread very very limited. However, service was tiptop very nice hotel crews."

"The Towel is so dirty and the customer service is worse. We ask why the room door lock was spoilt and the interior electic wire box was damage. There is hair on the bed. This is really becoming a motel instead of hotel. Hotel lobby full of cars and its a bus terminal . The only good point is the location and they offer double queen size bed at a reasonable price."
