"Excellent say. Nice hotel. Clean. The only problem we had was the kitchen lady who would stand in the serving window and just stare at everybody. She did this every single day that we stayed. It was rather creepy."

"Accommodating staff in a convenient location"

"No good. Do yourself a favor and find an extra $20 and stay elsewhere. Chicken wing bones on the floor in the hallway, loud guests in the hallway at midnight. The worst - A broken door lock on my room. Bathroom mirror wasn’t cleaned. Shuttle took way too long for pickup and driver blasted the music - Had to yell over it to ask for it to be turned down. Will never stay here again!"

"The room and bathroom were very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable. We appreciated the extra blanket that was in the closet, one of us gets cold very easily. The breakfast was the best we’ve seen in a hotel. It was quite extensive and the quality of food was excellent. There were many choices and it was very good. "

"Cons: bathroom was old. Shower curtains were dirty. The sink was clogged. Bed sheets had stains and were old. Pillows were filthy and old. The room itself was not cleaned very good. Pros: AC unit worked flawlessly. The staff were nice and helpful. The fridge worked great as well."

"I had paid a third-party for parking at their parking garage per advice from a staff previously at the hotel. When I arrive, they would not honor that and charged me again for their fee, which was three times as much. After trying to reason. I was getting nowhere and due to exhaustion from travel and limited choices due to the time I arrived I gave in and paid. I will never stay there again nor will anybody I know."

"Everything was great. The bar tend recommended a particular dish for dinner and we really relished it! The only negative was the fan noise which we were told by staff “could not be turned off” in our room. It interfered with our sleep quality. "
