Top Belgium Hotel Reviews

Novotel Brussels City Centre
10/10 Excellent
"The Novotel staff were very helpful. When we checked in we received an upgrade! The room was cleaned beautifully everyday. The location was fantastic. We never hire a car and everything was in walking distance. We booked a few excursions with get your guide and we didn’t have to walk to the pick up points for more than 10 minutes. Lots of food places to have our meals which were on our doorstep. The Novotel made our trip to Brussels truly memorable. Thank you."

Le Châtelain
8/10 Good
"The hotel lobby was quite modern as was the exterior. From arrival to departure, the staff that I dealt with were terrific!! Very helpful to provide some guidance regarding public transit to get me where I wanted to go. My room was made up very well each day & the coffee + tea provided were delicious. I am unaccustomed to having a toilet in a different room than the "bathroom" so that required some adjustments for a time. Also, the decor in the room was, in my opinion, somewhat dated & didn't match what I expected when I drove up to a modern looking exterior & entered a modern looking lobby. However, the room was quite large by European standards & it was quite comfortable & clean. The price too was quite reasonable, when compared to other hotels."

Martin's Brugge

"Really good location, very comfortable room and close to everything."

Novotel Brussels off Grand'Place
10/10 Excellent
"Novotel is a professional hotel chain offering good modern service. This location was excellent with many tourist sites within a 5-10 minute walk (Grand Place, Royal Galleries, Mannekin Pis, Central Station, Royal Place). We went on a walking tour of central Brussels and realized they took us on a circular tour around this hotel!"

Novotel Brugge Centrum
8/10 Good
"The only downside to our stay was the breakfast was to pricey. It was 26 euros per person per day."

Canal View Hotel Ter Brughe by CW Hotel Collection
10/10 Excellent
"We decided to stay an extra night last minutely and the staff was super helpful in rearranging on their side to make sure we could stay the extra night without needing to change rooms and go through the hassle of checking out / checking in again. Room itself was quaint and cute, spacious and of the aesthetic of their brand. The only odd thing was there’s no shower curtain in our room despite there being a shower head; not an issue just a note :) Would definitely stay here again, loved walking along the canal and observing the neighbourhood !! Also we were given a sheet of recommendations which came in super handy and was a nice touch (plus cookies when we checked out)"

"Fantastic hotel! Highly recommend the property. Room was great, amenities were fantastic!"

Cardo Brussels, Autograph Collection
10/10 Excellent
"Amazing experience and the rooms are spacious, hip with amazing art. Room controls for lighting and window are a learning curve but honestly for the price we paid this over delivered."

ibis Brussels off Grand Place
8/10 Good
"Great location. Reasonable breakfast. Only annoying thing was the room doors which banged and disturbed our sleep."
