"Worst management for the hotel . My brother lost his wallet and I was trying to help him out to get a hotel room , until we can figure out how to get him home . Hotel management refused to check him and made him stay in the cold weather in his rental car.. what kind of human being are they !!! Us her in US we never do something like that .. even though I called the hotel directly and explained the problem with them and they still refused. "

"We came as a family of 4. We loved the pool for the mornings before going in the car exploring Brussels / Brugge / Ghent etc etc.
We loved the breakfast, it was fabulous! Great quality and range. The pool indoor and outdoor was great ( set times for kids in the indoor pool but that didn’t bother us as our kids are early risers so we were straight in the pool before breakfast).
Beds were SUPER comfy, bathroom was great loved that they gave the kids their own wash stuff, the balcony was great...

"Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. Everything about it was luxurious (i.e.,The location was great (it's located maybe two mins walk from the Grand Palace, and maybe 5-10 minutes from the regular shopping area). Even though it's basically right in the middle of the tourist area, the atmosphere inside is calm and quiet. It was like walking into a spa. It was the perfect place for us to relax and recharge after all the various and crowded activities outside. The staff were all VERY attentive...
