Always a great stay at the Chatrium Riverside. Must have stayed at this hotel 20 plus times over the last 10 years. Never fails to impress. Staff always welcoming and happy to see me.

Even the hotel wasn’t located in close proximity to the monorail. The well-organised transportation made no difference to other hotels located just on steps from the BTS . Great spa and pool , service , breakfast with ongoing free coffee and tea at lobby

The hotel was alot better than we expected, easily the best hotel we have ever stayed we plan to come back one day. Only negative feedback we have is that it they do not serve alcohol in the hotel itself, you need to bring your own, which is a shame since the views from level 50 are amazing we would of loved to enjoy some cocktails there. But besides that everything else was perfect

Beautiful new hotel, however they did not upgrade us for VIP because Expedia had not emailed them it was VIP booking! So that was disappointing from Expedia !

Very clean, spacious room, friendly staff, easy check in and out, air con was powerful. We stayed in the Sam Yot loft. The location is fantastic - easy 15 mins walk to Yaowarat night market and 20 mins to view Wat Arun from the river bank. Lots of cute cafes and eateries available nearby too. This hotel was in the best location and such value for money. Walk to the Grand Palace, quick Grab/Taxi to Icon Siam and the surrounding streets were so interesting to walk around and explore. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, the pool was great and the location was on a smaller quieter street with heaps of food trucks to choose from and only one street from Khaosan Road (although a bit full on, you can still find somewhere nice and relaxing). My first time in Bangkok and was lucky enough to choose this place. It looked very new and is above a small shopping centre. The staff were so lovely and helpful when we asked questions about the neighbourhood. The room was generous and a good size for two people. The shower was hot and had pressure! Good location with great views. Easy access to transport and hotspots. Food in and around was very good. Prices are fair. Rooms are very comfy and clean.

Clean room, great air con, staff were super friendly, pool was good but no shaded spot in the water so got a bit toasty. But was really great. Fantastic location So happy I stayed here
