"I wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on how they handled a very serious situation with my senior mother. She had an extremely difficult and stressful journey due to unexpected circumstances while traveling, which caused her to miss part of her stay. Despite this being clearly explained, the hotel showed no understanding or flexibility.
What was most disappointing is that she is elderly and was traveling alone, yet there was no effort to accommodate her needs or offer even a small gesture of support. We had already paid for the stay, and given the situation, a bit of compassion or a late checkout would have gone a long way.
Hospitality should include empathy, especially in urgent situations involving vulnerable guests. Unfortunately, that was completely lacking here"
