High western standards in terms of regular maintenance, cleaning and quality customer care . Friendly staff . A resort facility designed for Russian taste . Most staff understand English . Nothing interesting in walking distance neighborhood. Online taxi very cheap and reliable. Western standards 4 star resort hotel. "

"View from the rooms were beautiful. Poor amenity . Close to ski slope. Breakfast buffet was mediocre but omlet station was nice. We enjoyed the jacuzzi but temperature could have been higher. Restaurants in the village were amazing and close to hotel by taxi. "
