Found this hotel to be a good balance of everything, between nice and comfy rooms, to a decent breakfast and a really nice pool area and lunch options. Taxis into the city are easy to get and this made a great base camp for us. Sonya who worked at front desk also especially helpful and overall no complaints with the hotel, a solid 3.5 star hotel.

The hotel was compared to a lot of others in Armenia with little exceptions, clean and organized. What could be better is the arrangement of the breakfast buffet. It always looked cheap and uniform. In a hotel of this category there should be changes every day, maybe some salmon, some shrimps or cooked or smoked ham for example!!!

We spent two weeks of our summer vacation. The hotel is very suitable for family. The pool is clean and fun. The room service is excellent, the staff is nice. The breakfast is acceptable. I am glad that I chose this hotel. I recommend it.

Very clean, safe and quiet place with nice breakfast for my family and my parents who stayed there for one week. My father loved to walk in the area around hotel going through the downtown for shopping even at nights. So happy about it so we will stay there again for our next trips.

Fint hotel, men firkantet service.

Vi var kede af at erfare når vi kom hjem fra heldagsture sent så var det hverken muligt at købe noget mad i restauranten eller få en svømmetur i poolen. Vi ville bare dyppe os hurtigt da der var så varmt, men det var absolut ikke muligt. Den høje musik ved poolen om dagen var frygtelig. Ellers dejligt hotel med en fin morgenbuffet, rene værelser og gode sende.

Ophold med gode og dårlige sider

Vi havde et fint ophold på hotellet, men der var også flere dårlige sider. Morgenmaden var ikke særlig god med tørt brød, uspiseligt æg og fedtfattig yoghurt. Poolen var fin på trods af de mange skrigende børn og uhøflige turister, der bare ligger deres håndklæde på en strandstol dagen lang. Personalet i receptionen var høflige, men rengøringsdamen var uforskammet. Hun gav os et møgfald af den anden verden, da vi var nede i receptionen og spørge efter rengøring kl. 16:30, og vi ikke havde fået det endnu. Derefter gav hun os ikke alle håndklæder til alle, så vi måtte ringe til receptionen for nogle nye. Ekstrasengen kan bestemt ikke anbefales. Så kan man lige så godt sove på gulvet. Den er stenhård, og madrassen eksisterer nærmest ikke. Det gjorde, at den tredje person sov forfærdeligt.
